Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nico Sagolla, Am Durchlaß 12, 88175 Scheidegg, Nico.Sagolla@gmx.de) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email).

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract on the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium (license key/software), the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performing the contract, after you have

(1) expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period ends, and (2) confirmed your awareness that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins (§ 356 (5) BGB).

We obtain this consent at checkout; you also receive the confirmation in your license email.
