1. Scope

These terms apply to the purchase of a Notchmate license through this website. The provider is Nico Sagolla, Am Durchlaß 12, 88175 Scheidegg, Germany.

2. Service

Notchmate is macOS software. With your purchase you receive a perpetual ("lifetime") license for Notchmate, including all future updates. The price is a one-time €7.99. This is not a subscription. A license key is activated on one Mac; if you need Notchmate on an additional Mac, we're happy to issue you another key on request (by replying to your purchase email).

3. Conclusion of contract & delivery

The contract is concluded once payment (via Stripe) is successfully completed. The license key is delivered by email immediately and shown on the confirmation page.

4. Prices & taxes

Small-business owner under § 19 UStG — no value-added tax is shown.

5. Right of withdrawal

The right-of-withdrawal policy applies. For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once you consent to immediate performance.

6. Liability

The software is provided "as is". Liability for slight negligence is excluded insofar as no material contractual obligations are affected; liability for intent and gross negligence, as well as under the German Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.
